Join us on Thursday, June 4, as the Autism Science Foundation (ASF)  hosts its  second annual Autism Leadership Luncheon, which honors individuals who have promoted exceptional and impactful science. The luncheon brings together leaders across the autism community for an inspiring afternoon dedicated to continued progress in autism research.

This year's honoree is ASF Board Chair Jonah Zimiles, in recognition of his enduring commitment to autism research and advocacy. A steadfast champion of the autism community, Jonah has helped drive ASF’s mission forward through both leadership and action. Jonah and his wife, Ellen, are the co-founders of Words Bookstore, an independent bookstore based in Maplewood, New Jersey, that provides employment opportunities for individuals with autism.

The luncheon will feature a keynote address by Dr. Peter Hotez, physician, scientist, and renowned author of the new book Science Under Siege, which examines the growing threats to scientific integrity and public trust.

The program includes a special performance by Tom Bak, a celebrated musician with autism. He is the founder of Share the Stage, an annual event that features musicians with autism performing alongside professional artists.

Guests will enjoy a silent auction offering unique items and experiences—all in support of advancing innovative autism research.
