Join BLC as we learn about the feathered friends that come out as the sun goes down! 

Date: Saturday, February 7, 2026
Location: Arrowwood Preserve, 355 Sentinel Oaks Dr.
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

What to expect: We will spend some time learning about owls and other nocturnal birds at the outdoor classroom. Then, if conditions allow, we will take a short hike into the woods to see if we can spot some of the nighttime residents at Arrowwood Preserve.

Required Supplies: Water, close-toed shoes, long-sleeve shirt, long pants.

Recommended Supplies: A flashlight (preferably one that has a red light mode), and insect repellent. 

Important Location Information: Please note that there are NO restrooms or water on site. The nearest restrooms are a short, 3-minute drive to a convience store south of the Preserve off 249.
