Join BLC for All Levels Yoga in Nature at Arrowwood Preserve

Experience a gentle, grounding yoga practice surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Arrowwood Preserve’s natural landscape. This class is open to all levels and focuses on mindful movement, breath, and connection to the outdoors. You’ll be guided through accessible postures that stretch, strengthen, and relax the body while helping you tune into the rhythms of nature.

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel, water, and anything that will help you stay comfortable on the ground.

Suggested donation: $15 minimum -with the option to contribute more if you’d like.

Each session is thoughtfully designed to support restoration, connection, and balance - aligning with the rhythms of the natural world. Paola leads the offerings for Bayou Land Conservancy as part of Bliss Yoga Collective’s mission to create harmony between people and the environment.

About Paola Marino
Paola Marino is a yoga teacher dedicated to creating mindful experiences that connect people with nature and presence. Her teaching blends gentle, grounding movement with breath awareness and introspection, encouraging students to move with intention and curiosity. Paola believes yoga is a pathway to reconnecting with the natural rhythms of life- both within and around us.

She brings a calm, inclusive energy to her classes and sees donation-based gatherings as an opportunity to make wellness more accessible while fostering community and environmental awareness.
