Birth mothers are invited to a daylong retreat hosted by Bellis at a beautiful lakeside location in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities.

Retreat programming is designed to offer new skills, insights, and perspectives intended to be helpful on a birth mother's journey. What can you expect? Educational sessions, relaxation, and friendship. 

We highly encourage attendees to build new support networks with one another. There’s also time and space for self-reflection. The location offers miles of walking trails, canoes, and more. Lunch and snacks are provided. Registration is $30.
