ABOUT THE PANELISTS

Tabatha Abu El-Haj is Professor of Law at Drexel University's Kline School of Law.

Lee Drutman is Senior Fellow in the Political Reform program at the New America Foundation. He is the author of Breaking the Two-Party Doom Loop: The Case for Multiparty Democracy in America and The Business of America is Lobbying. In 2021, Drutman was named one of Washington’s Most Influential People by Washingtonian magazine.

Maurice Mitchell is National Director of the Working Families Party. He is a nationally recognized social movement strategist, a visionary leader in the Movement for Black Lives, and a community organizer for racial, social, and economic justice.

Sam Rosenfeld is Associate Professor of Political Science at Colgate University, specializing in party politics and American political development. His latest book, coauthored with Daniel Schlozman, is The Hollow Parties: The Many Pasts and Disordered Present of American Party Politics.

Doran Schrantz is Senior Strategist at Community Building Strategies. She was previously Executive Director of ISAIAH and Faith in Minnesota.

Cerin Lindgrensavage is Counsel at Protect Democracy.
