Join us Saturday, September 17th at The Spot Louisville -- a local climbing gym with loads of climbing walls, both bouldering and ropes, as well as a carnival setup outside in the parking lot. We will have fun, we will celebrate our amazing volunteers, and we will raise funds for BCC programs such as bolt replacement, trail work, wag bags, and stewardship of our world class climbing areas.  

Climbing? Of course! We are a community of climbers after all. We will be hosting a volume climbing competition for those that purchase the Comp Pass (Party Passes do not allow you to climb). There will be multiple divisions for both kids and adults. Comp climbers will be able to win some sweet prizes from our sponsors!

Carnival Games? Heck yeah! Outside of the gym we'll have lots of climbing-themed carnival games to play. We'll have some classics to play as well as some ones that are... creative. Also, get ready to jump - there's going to be a bouncy castle 🏰

Food? We're having multiple food trucks on location to choose from. There will be plenty of food available once you work up an appetite from the climbing comp!

Beverages?  What's a party without bevvies? We will be pouring Avery Brewing signature beers as well as delicious nonalcoholic brews from Athletic Brewing. There will also be plenty of non beery choices available too!

Raffle and Silent Auction We'll have heaps of gear from our sponsors to raffle off at the end of the night. Each ticket comes with a few raffle tickets, but you can always get more if you're feeling lucky 🎲

We can't wait to see you on September 17th! Get your tickets for the in-person event - Party Passes come with one beer ticket, two carnival tickets, and 2 raffle tickets. Comp Passes come with everything the Party Passes do - plus comp entry! Comp climbers are also able to win sweet gear!

A brief note about COVID-19: We will be taking every precaution to make this a Covid-safe event, with lots of outdoor space and masked indoor options.
