Join us for the 5th Annual Fun Run sponsored by Ron Muri on Saturday October 03, 2026.  

Runners and/or walkers will wear waist flags as they travel the course.  Participants will navigate obstacles and keep their eyes peeled for Zombies ready to steal.  Participants who cross the finish line with their flags will be entered into prize drawings.

Come dress to overcome Zombies, whether that is to scare or in your camouflage to hide away from the horror corpse.  At the finish line, enjoy food trucks, family friendly activities, and camaraderie cheering on your fellow trotters.

Youth 12 years old and under can participate free with an adult.  Individuals 13 years and older can register to participate for $20.00.  Participants will receive a t-shirt to wear during the Zombie Fun Run sponsored by Ron Muri on October 03, 2026.  Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult (over the age of 18).  

The majority of the course is paved and accessible to those who require a mobility aid. Children in strollers do not need to be registered unless you would like a t-shirt for your child. Bikes, Rollerblades, skateboards, pets, smoking and headphones will not be permitted on the course. 

A few things to know:

• Register by Friday September 4, 2026 to guarantee your t-shirt size.
  
  
• NO DAY OF REGISTRATION.  Register by Friday September 18, 2026 to participate.
  
  
• Pick up your event t-shirt on September 28, 29, 30 and October 1 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Boys & Girls Club location your child attends regularly or if your child does not attend one of our Club location, please pick up your packet at the Lockwood Clubhouse location.  If you can not pick up packets the week of the event, packets will be available for pick up the day of the run. 

• Day of Event Check-In starts at 4:00 pm

• Start times:

4:30 pm: Heat 1 (2 Mile) Zombie Fun Run Start- Walking Participants

4:45 pm: Heat 2 (3.1 Mile) Zombie Fun Run Start- Running Participants

• Participants wishing to complete the Fun Run must be on the course by 4:50 pm.
