The Rodeo Themed-Fall Festival, formally known as Swine and Wine, is a fall event benefiting the Eastern Shore Club of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia. The Eastern Shore Boys & Girls Club opened on June 16, 2003 in the town of Exmore. In 2021, the Club moved to operate out of the Mary N. Smith Cultural Enrichment Center in Accomac.

All Club members receive programming which focuses on our three priority outcomes - academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. Our programs in turn teach youth to make decisions that lead to academic success, a healthy lifestyle and good life choices.

We work strategically with schools and other community partners across the Eastern Shore to guarantee that investments made in the Club provide a life-changing youth development experience.
