Vendor Booth Registration — $100

Registration includes one 10’ x 10’ booth space. Vendor registration fees are non-refundable.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, cooking equipment, serving utensils, and any other equipment needed to prepare and serve their wings. All food vendors must comply with local health department requirements. Vendors are also responsible for keeping their booth area clean throughout the event and for removing and properly disposing of all trash and waste from their area at the conclusion of the event. During registration, vendors will be asked to provide their wing type, allergen information, and setup needs, and to acknowledge the event rules.

The Boys & Girls Club will provide the wings to each participating vendor one week prior to the event. 

During the event, each vendor will serve up to two wings to each general admission guest. Guests will have the opportunity to sample wings from the participating vendors and cast their vote for their favorite. At the conclusion of the event, the vendor receiving the most votes will be announced as the winner and receive a prize.
