A fundraiser to support pathways to opportunity for young artists!!
We sold out the Foundation Room two years in a row… so this year we’re leveling up! Join us in the legendary Music Hall at the House of Blues Boston for a night of live music and passed appetizers, all while helping young people build meaningful careers behind the scenes in the arts.
More than just a training program, Brighter Boston provides economic mobility through wrap around support, paid hands-on training, real-world work experience and connections to professional networks in the live entertainment industry.
By sponsoring Brighter Boston's annual fundraiser you are investing in the creative, personal, and professional development of Boston's young adults!

This year we have the pleasure of honoring two important leaders who have had meaningful impacts on our work.
Our Industry Spotlight Award will be accepted by Mike Marchetti, VP, Concert Production at Live Nation, New England.
Mike has been a champion of opportunity, mentorship, and career pathways in live entertainment, and his leadership has helped open doors for so many young people entering the industry. We're proud to shine a spotlight on his impact and celebrate the role he's played in building a strong and inclusive backstage workforce.
Our Community Spotlight Award will be accepted by LaVonia Montouté, Senior Director Career Pathways at EdVestors.
LaVonia has spent her career opening doors and breaking down barriers for young adults. Through her leadership and partnership with Boston Public Schools and New Skills Boston, she has helped expand access to meaningful, work-based learning experiences for young people citywide. For Brighter Boston, LaVonia and EdVestors have been true partners, investing in our growth, and helping us deepen pathways into the creative ecosystem for young creatives.
