CareerWork$ Impact Summit: 20 Years of Impact and the Future of Workforce

Join us in Seattle for a dynamic convening of industry leaders, workforce partners, alumni, and community champions as we mark 20 years of impact through BankWork$ and set the stage for what comes next.

The CareerWork$ Impact Summit is more than a celebration. It is a forward-looking gathering focused on building the future of workforce development. Bringing together employers, funders, training partners, and program graduates, the Summit will explore how we scale effective models, strengthen talent pipelines, and expand access to sustainable careers in a rapidly changing economy.

Together, we will reflect on the progress made over the past two decades while centering the voices and experiences of those most impacted by this work. The program will highlight the collective impact of our national network, elevate stories of transformation, and outline a bold vision for expanding CareerWork$ programs across the country.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect across sectors, deepen partnerships, and engage directly with alumni whose journeys represent the power and potential of these pathways.

Whether you are an employer, community partner, funder, alumni, or supporter, this event is an opportunity to celebrate progress and help shape what comes next.
