The Transforming Marine Debris Retreat is designed to bring people who care about our coastlines together for a weekend of art, exploration and collaboration!

Retreat leaders include: Steve Fisher, an investigative journalist traveling from Mexico City; Addie Boswell, a public installation artist from Portland; and Mark McLaughlin, a local Coast Watch volunteer. These creatives will lead participants through exercises that can truly transform negative actions into positive solutions.
