Join us for another DIY Weatherization Energy Cafe! Independent energy auditor Colin McCullough of All-Around Home Performance will be back to walk us through the basics of do-it-yourself home weatherization, and this year we will be hosting this event online as well as in-person at CEBE. Please register to join either in-person at CEBE or online virtually.

Learn low-cost and effective ways to lower your heating bills for homeowners who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and do some of their own work. For in-person attendees, there will be free DIY home weatherization items available.

As we continue to build our home energy coaching program, we will be discussing more formal training in December where participants can earn a Building Science Principles Certificate from the Building Performance Institute and have hands-on training to use our blower door and thermal camera at zero cost thanks to support from Volunteer Maine. If you can’t make our November Energy Cafe, but would like to know more about the training, please contact energycoach@ecologybasedeconomy.org.
