Join us for our fall ride-and-drive Energy Cafe! Our new EV Ambassadors will have at least eight vehicles available to drive, ride in, or ask questions about, including their local perspectives on the realities of driving electric in western Maine. We'll meet at CEBE to share general information on buying new and used EVs and Maine's current rebates - as always, other energy questions are also welcome! We'll have vehicles and information set up by the Whitman Street chargers (as you enter/exit the parking lot behind CEBE), as well as a vehicle-to-load demonstration of how to use your car to power your life.

Registered attendees will receive information to sign up to drive specific vehicles during time slots, starting in the parking lot behind CEBE. Please register your general interest now, and watch your inbox for details as the event gets closer. Walk-ins welcome - snacks provided - come for a moment or the whole time!

Take a test drive or ride in the following vehicles, owned by your neighbors in western Maine: Chevy Bolt - Hyundai Ioniq 5 - Chevy Equinox - Kia Niro - Ford F150 Lightning - Chevy Volt - 2026 Tesla model Y.
