2027 Chronic Illness Symposium

Following the incredible response to this year’s event, we’re thrilled to announce our second annual Chronic Illness Symposium being held on Friday, April 16th and Saturday, April 17th, 2027. This two-day, virtual conference brings together individuals living with chronic illness, caregivers, advocates, and healthcare and mental health providers for education, connection, and community.
This virtual event will feature two distinct tracks: one designed for individuals living with chronic illness and their loved ones, and another tailored to healthcare and mental health professionals. Through a mix of keynote speakers, panel conversations, and interactive sessions, the Symposium will explore topics at the intersection of mental health, chronic illness management, self-care, research, advocacy, and community connection. The conference agenda will be released later this fall.
Our inaugural symposium showed just how meaningful it is when people come together in shared understanding and support. We’re looking forward to building on that momentum in 2027. This event aims to foster a more connected and informed community—one that honors the voices of those impacted by chronic illness and equips providers to offer evidence-based and trauma-informed care.

EARLY BIRD Registration Patient / Caregiver Symposium Two Day Virtual Ticket
This ticket grants admission to one person living with chronic illness, care partner, or loved one for the two day, virtual Chronic Illness Symposium on April 16th and 17th, 2027. The sessions held on both days will include content on mental health, chronic illness management, self-care, research, and advocacy. The symposium will also include opportunities for community connection and resource finding.
This conference will be hosted online and all sessions will be recorded.

EARLY BIRD Registration Healthcare / Mental Healthcare Provider Symposium Two Day Virtual Ticket
This ticket grants admission to one healthcare or mental health care provider for the two day, virtual Chronic Illness Symposium on April 17th and 18th, 2026. These continuing education sessions held on both days will include content on working with individuals impacted by chronic illness and their care partners, care for diverse patient populations, clinical research on specific disease states, advocating for your chronic illness patients, self-care for the clinician, and more. The symposium will also include opportunities for community connection and resource finding. Up to 8 continuing education credits will be available during this conference, and there will be an option to attend only on the day of your choice once the early bird purchase period has ended.
