Now in its 13th year, the CrossFit Weddington 24-Hour Rowathon continues to grow as one of the most impactful fitness fundraisers in the Charlotte area. This annual event raises funds for the Changing Lives Together (CLT) Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing life-changing experiences for children with special needs or life-altering medical conditions.
Since its inception, the Rowathon has welcomed over 400 participants and their families each year and raised nearly $350,000 to support local children in need.

How It Works
The Rowathon runs for 24 continuous hours, with rowing broken into 30-minute time blocks. Participants can row solo, in teams, or relay-style — for as long as they like. The event features music, games, community vendors, and nonstop movement to keep the energy going!
