We are the Poggio family and we are proud advocates of all individuals affected by chromosome 18 conditions, including our 3-year old daughter, Perri. She was diagnosed with distal 18q deletion, a rare genetic disorder at the age of 9 weeks. At a time when we felt hopeless and fearful, The Chromosome 18 Registry & Research Society provided us with a sense of community and invaluable medical guidelines to navigate her diagnosis. We felt a strong purpose to give back which is why we started an annual charity event benefitting C18- Pennies for Perri. Please join us for a fun evening under the stars. There will be food & beverages, raffle baskets, & silent auction. Thank you for helping us give back to an organization that’s already given us so much.
