Join us for a vital conversation about wellbeing in the workplace in 2026, and an often overlooked area that companies are increasingly interested in addressing: the true story of how alcohol shows up in the workplace. In 2025 HR Roundtables hosted by Mindful Drinking Movement on this topic, we uncovered an essential approach to addressing it–having HR leaders, workplace cultural leaders, leaders, event planners–all in the room.
Paying it forward. You can feel good about attending as 100% of the proceeds from tickets support The Circle Community (TCC), helping women business owners access connection, mentorship, and resources that accelerate their growth.
We know that alcohol use and more broadly substance use are strongly correlated to mental health and the ability to perform and prosper at work. It can be challenging to collectively look at and change rituals and social experiences in the workplace that revolve around alcohol. To bring issues to light and create an avenue in, we will host a conversation focused on cultural readiness, education, inspiration, data and story, and actionable resources to empower attendees to bring the mindful drinking conversation into workplace culture.
Support wellbeing in a bigger way. In recognition that women in business are the supporters of wellbeing initiatives, and the backbone of our economy, Jen Veralle of Mindful Drinking Movement and Rachel Vassar of The Circle Community, are partnering to offer a give-back event to. Your participation in this conversation will move solutions forward and provide support for the growing need for scholarships, grants, and education for female entrepreneurs and professionals seeking stability for their career, business, family, and community.
