The sad reality is Memphians are often vulnerable to attacks of violent crime and in honor of January being National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month, A Way Out Ministries is offering two self-defense classes, with one being specially designed for seniors at a different website here.
These classes are designed to give you confidence. You will learn steps you can take to avoid becoming a target and also discover simple techniques for defending yourself if you do end up in a dangerous situation.
EVERYONE DESERVES TO FEEL SAFE!
