Join us at Barre & Soul in Portsmouth on April 7th from 4-5 pm for yoga with puppies who will soon be available for adoption! There are only 20 spots available, so register before it fills up!

The class is a signature Barre & Soul Vinyasa Yoga Class: An energetic yoga flow in a warmed room integrating core work, back bending, and asanas that strengthen and lengthen the body while working up to a final peak pose. 

The class is from 4-5 pm, but we ask that you arrive at 3:45 for check-in!
