Colorado Agrivoltaic Learning Center welcomes Weld County for an interpretive tour of Jack's Solar Garden - the largest agrivoltaic research site of its kind in the nation. Attendees will walk among solar panels and observe different plots dedicated to agrivoltaic research. Tours will last between 75-90min.
Some things to keep in mind before coming on the tour:
-
All attendees must register for the event individually
-
All attendees must read and acknowledge the liability statement/waiver detailed in the Attendee Registration description (click the link to 'show details')
- The tour will be entirely outside on uneven surfaces. Please dress for the conditions: sunscreen is highly recommended, as are layers for late season tours
- Please bring water as the site may not have potable water available
- There is one non-ADA accessible port-a-potty on site, please plan accordingly.
- Pets are not allowed on the site. Leashed service animals are allowed. Any participant with a service animal deemed unruly will be asked to leave.
- We expect participants to arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts.
- Please be careful when pulling into the driveway of Jack’s Solar Garden, it is a fast road, and when coming from the south, the entrance comes up quickly - signal early!
- The map below has white arrows which indicate how to enter the parking area, and white boxes indicating parking spaces. A tour guide will also be present to help direct you.

We look forward to seeing you on site soon! Please reach out to us at info@coagrivoltaic.org if you have any questions.
