In response to the demand, we are again offering farm sponsorships for 2021! In 2020, these sponsorships helped us to provide thousands of pounds of free produce to anyone in need--often filling a gap left by government social services. 

In 2021, we'll be trying something new. While we innovated to help our community in 2020, we recognize that giving everything away isn't sustainable. Instead, we'll be converting our market to a pay-what-you-can model. We recognize that even though there's a vaccine coming soon, economic conditions will continue to be unstable for a long time. In approaching our market design for next year, we wanted to make sure that we can still feed anyone who needs food. So, we'll be conducting a great experiment. Funds from the sponsorships will be used to offset the market costs when people can't pay the full price for their items. 

We hope a lot of folks will step up to cover more than the cost of their items, but having the sponsorships in place will provide a valuable buffer as we work out the market kinks. Sponsoring a row, bed, or tree ensures that we can provide crops for free to those who need them.

- A Common Good City Farm tote bag of your choice

- A sponsorship certificate

- A brick on the farm marking your bed, row, or tree

- A productivity report in November on the production of your bed, row, or tree - what was grown and how many pounds of food were harvested! Reports will arrive by Thanksgiving.
