Beach Getaway Prize: Two nights at the Oregon Coast
Enjoy a 2-night stay in Seaside and take in the beauty of the Oregon Coast! The 2 bed/2 bath condo overlooks the Necanicum River and Estuary where heron, sandpipers, cormorant, otters, and other wildlife will greet you as you drink your morning coffee out on the deck.
Ticket holder does not need to be
present to win. Winner is responsible
for travel arrangements to and from Seaside. Scheduling based on availability.

The Gift of Music Prize: Gift Certificate to Music Millennium in Portland
A music lover's dream! Music Millennium is the oldest record store in the Pacific Northwest, carrying an ever-evolving gamut of formats including LP, 45, reel-to-reel, 8-track, cassette, DAT, compact Disc, mini-disc, DCC and CD-ROM.
Restrictions: You must be 18 years or older and in the state of Oregon at time of purchase to be entered into the drawing. Tickets must be purchased before 7PM on Thursday, April 15 to be entered to win.

Community Partners for Affordable
Housing (CPAH), founded in 1993, is a nonprofit community development corporation serving Washington County and SW Portland.
CPAH creates and maintains healthy, sustainable housing with services for
diverse residents, including families, seniors, and people with disabilities.
CPAH currently owns ten multi-family and senior apartment communities and six
single-family homes in Washington County and SW Portland (466 units). In
addition, CPAH provides programs and services at their properties for
