On May 14th The CROP Foundation and Commune will be hosting its first Seasonal Chef Series, Uprooted. We welcome Celebrity Chef Tiffani Ortiz who is the founder and chef of Uprooted.  This 5-course meal will be sourced directly from our community farms, fisherman and artisans while demonstrating her background in biodynamic farming, foraging, and food fermentation.
