VIRTUAL Trivia Night to support CSF of Bedford Dollars for Scholars

• Each Team Captain purchases one ticket for each player on their team, and will notify us of the team name.  Only team captains purchase tickets.  They collect from their players as needed, and handle team communications. 
• Teams of 6-10 players; max. of 10 players per team
• Team players can be at different physical locations ~ friends and family from near and far can play!!
•  $25 per player (even if multiple players share a device)
• 1st and 2nd place prizes
• All net proceeds go to support our program for scholarships for Bedford/Hanscom graduating seniors who plan to continue their education.
• Maximum overall attendance: 200 players
• Ticket sale ends: Feb 8, 8:00 AM or when the maximum # of players sign up, whichever comes first.

After Team Captains complete the ticket purchase, they will receive an email from bedfordma@dollarsforscholars.org with further instructions and a request for a team player list to complete the registration of their team.

Event Schedule:

• 7:30 PM  Zoom session opens: Players are required to sign in and will be assigned to a breakout room with their teammates.
• 8:00 PM First Round of Trivia Night starts: Question is posed to everyone; teams discuss answers in their private breakout room; answers are submitted by the team captain; everyone then reconvenes; repeat for next question … and so on until the game ends.
• 9:00 PM Trivia Night game ends: The Zoom session will be left open for a half hour to allow some players to schmooze, while others just end their Zoom session.
