Basic/Civil & Family Mediation Training

Training class is limited to 18 registrations. A waitlist will be available.

DATES

20-Hour Basic/Civil Mediation Training: Sept. 29 – Oct. 13, 2020

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3 PM – 5 PM, (9/29, 10/1, 10/6, 10/8, 10/13)  

Fridays, 1 PM – 4 PM, (10/2, 10/9)

20-Hour Family Mediation Training: Oct. 20 – Nov. 5, 2020

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3 PM – 5 PM, (10/20, 10/22, 10/27, 10/29, 11/5)  

Fridays, 1 PM – 4 PM, (10/23, 10/30)

Additional Time Commitment:

Homework will be required throughout the course.

Final Mediation Exams and reflective papers, scheduled with the trainer.

COSTS

40-Hour Training (Both 20-Hour Trainings):

$1,500 – Regular Registration

$500 – Students* (Must Present Student Status Proof; limited spaces)

20-Hour Training: (20-Hour Basic/Civil OR 20-Hour Family**)

$900 – Regular Registration

$500 – Students* (Must Present Student Status Proof; limited spaces)

* Only five (5) total student registrations will be allowed to enroll in the trainings.

*You must have completed, at a minimum, 20 Hours of basic/ civil mediation training to register for the 20-Hour Family training.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 18, 2020  

Regular Registrations can save $100 if registered by Sept. 1, 2020.

No additional discounts for Student Registrations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancel by September 4, 2020: Full Refund, Minus a $100 Administrative Fee

Cancel by September 11, 2020: ½ Refund

Cancel after September 11, 2020: No Refund

If we do not receive enough registrations to hold the training, we retain the right to cancel the training and your registration will be refunded, minus credit card processing fees if paid by credit card.

First Judicial Circuit and Sixth Judicial Circuit approved.

40 Hours MCLE Credit to be applied for.
