Mediation Training

October 20 - October 29, 2022

Location: Zoom and Homework

PLEASE NOTE: VIDEO PARTICIPATION REQUIRED

Training class is limited to 18 registrations.

DATES

40-Hour Family Mediation Training: October 20 - October 29, 2022

  • Thursday, October 20, 2022: 1 PM - 4 PM 
  • Friday, October 21, 2022: 8 AM - 5 PM 
  • Saturday, October 22, 2022: 8 AM - 12 PM 
  • Thursday, October 27, 2022: 1 PM - 4 PM 
  • Friday, October 28, 2022: 8 AM - 5 PM 
  • Saturday, October 29, 2022: 8 AM - 12 PM 

Additional Time Commitment: 

Homework will be required throughout the course. The course is 40 hours. We will have 30 hours together as a group, and 10 hours will be completed outside of the times outlined above.

Final Mediation Exams and Reflection:  Once the training has concluded, the final exam and reflection are scheduled with the trainer and employees of the Dispute Resolution Institute, Inc.


COSTS: Please note the cancellation policy below.

$1,500 – Regular Registration, includes a nonrefundable $250 deposit.


REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 17, 2022

Regular Registrations can save $300 if registered by September 23, 2022.


Please note:  This course focuses solely on mediating family and divorce mediation cases.  If you are interested in mediating civil cases, please email us to be notified of our next civil mediation training.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancel by October 6, 2022: Full Refund, minus the $250 nonrefundable deposit.

Cancel by October 13, 2022: ½ Refund

Cancel after October 13, 2022: No Refund


If we do not receive enough registrations to hold the training, we retain the right to cancel the training and your registration will be refunded, minus credit card processing fees if paid by credit card.

First Judicial Circuit, Second Judicial Circuit, Sixth Judicial Circuit, and Twentieth Judicial Circuit approved.

40 Hours MCLE Credit to be applied for. Please note, the MCLE Board may only approve the 30 hours spent together in training. However, DRI will apply for 40 hours based on the time commitment.
