Mediation Training

40-Hour Family Mediation Training: October 28 - November 6, 2021

• Thursday, October 28, 2021: 1 PM - 5 PM 
• Friday, October 29, 2021: 9 AM - 5 PM 
• Saturday, October 30, 2021: 8 AM - 12 PM 
• Thursday, November 4, 2021: 1 PM - 5 PM 
• Friday, November 5, 2021: 9 AM - 5 PM 
• Saturday, November 6, 2021: 8 AM - 12 PM 

Additional Time Commitment: 

Homework will be required throughout the course. The course is 40 hours. We will have 30 hours together as a group, and 10 hours will be completed outside of the times outlined above.

Final Mediation Exams and reflective papers, scheduled with the trainer and DRI staff.

COSTS: Please note the cancellation policy below.

$1,500 – Regular Registration, includes a nonrefundable $250 deposit.

Please note: This course focuses solely on mediating family and divorce mediation cases. If you are interested in mediating civil cases, please register for our Civil Mediation Training. 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 22, 2021  

Regular Registrations can save $250 if registered by October 7, 2021.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancel by October 13, 2021: Full Refund, minus the $250 nonrefundable deposit.

Cancel by October 20, 2021: ½ Refund

Cancel after October 21, 2021: No Refund

If we do not receive enough registrations to hold the training, we retain the right to cancel the training and your registration will be refunded, minus credit card processing fees if paid by credit card.

First Judicial Circuit, Second Judicial Circuit, Sixth Judicial Circuit, and Twentieth Judicial Circuit approved.

40 Hours MCLE Credit to be applied for. Please note, the MCLE Board may only approve the 30 hours spent together in training. However, DRI will apply for 40 hours based on the time commitment.
