Join us for something new this summer at the Oregon Zoo! Come out for a family-friendly day celebrating the gifts of life, sight, and health while supporting our life-saving and life-changing programs.

7:00am-7:30am: Check-In Open
7:00am-7:45am: Mosey on down to the Amphitheater to mingle with your Donate Life Northwest Community!
7:45am: Welcome and short Program
8:00am-8:45am: Zoo Stroll! (An accessible, .77 mile route)
8:45am-9:30am: Grab snacks, water, and check out our partner tables
At 9:00am, the Zoo opens to the public, and you are free to head home or spend more time in the Zoo. If you do leave the premises, be sure to get a hand stamp to return later in the day.
Registration
In an effort to make the event accessible to all, we're using a sliding scale for the registration fee. Adult Tickets are $10-$20. Kids age 2-12 are $5, and Babies 0-1 are free. If these registration fees are prohibitive, please contact us at info@donatelifenw.org or 503-494-7888.
Please note that all tickets include access to the Oregon Zoo for the day (July 18) once our event ends. ADULT Ticket attendees will receive a Donate Life Northwest branded swag item (trucker hat or belt bag; while supplies last). Parking is NOT included with admission. Online registration closes Tuesday, July 14 at 11:30pm, or when the event hits capacity, whichever happens first.
Respecting the Oregon Zoo Rules
The Oregon Zoo does not allow balloons, balls, frisbees, or anything meant to be thrown or might land in the animal habitat. All noisemakers that can disrupt the sleep patterns of the animals, such as air horns, whistles, clappers, clackers, and cowbells, are strictly prohibited.
Waiver
READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT AND WAIVER CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.
You represent and warrant to Donate Life Northwest that you have full legal authority and capacity to complete and sign this agreement and waiver on behalf of yourself. If you registered any children under the age of 18 and/or you are accompanied by any minors, you represent and warrant: that you are their parent or legal guardian; that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and waiver on their behalf; and that by participating in this event, you acknowledge that the terms of this agreement and waiver shall apply equally to yourself and to all minors accompanying you. You acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you and each person entering into this agreement and waiver for him/herself and/or on behalf of a child/children under the age of 18, agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Donate Life Northwest and any event sponsors, vendors or contributors harmless from any liability, claim, demand, cause of action, damage, loss, or expense of any kind or nature (including court costs and attorneys’ fees).
By signing below, you acknowledge that running/walking and participating in this event is a potentially hazardous activity. You agree that you and accompanying minors should not and will not run/walk/participate unless medically and physically able. You certify that any accompanying minors have your permission to participate in this event, and you certify that you and any accompanying minors are in good physical condition. You give event officials permission to authorize emergency treatment for you and/or accompanying minors. You assume responsibility - for yourself and accompanying minors – for all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to: theft, loss, property damage, injuries, falls, illness, allergies or other harm from conditions at this event. You accept responsibility for risks from conditions including, but not limited to: contact with participants, volunteers, staff, other park visitors, or animals; traffic; conditions of the road, paths, facilities or equipment; natural or man-made site hazards, including rough terrain, damp conditions, lighting, trees, foliage, insects, animals, facilities, bodies of water, merchandise, giveaways, food, or drinks.
Having read and accepted this agreement and waiver, I - for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, and for all minors accompanying me - waive and release Donate Life Northwest as well as any and all persons, sponsors and entities, their representatives and successors, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of event participation, though said liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness. I grant permission for all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, audio or other recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
