Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Riverwalk Water Wise Demonstration Garden Volunteer Planting Day. 

Date: June 15, 2024.  

Time: Morning shift -10AM to 1PM, afternoon shift -1PM to 4PM, or join for the full day.

Meeting Location: We will gather by the Riverwalk at Edwards sign at the northwest corner of the Riverwalk near Wells Fargo for a project summary and instructions. 

Important Notes: Please be prepared to work on your hands and knees in the dirt in both sun and light rain, as weather tends to fluctuate. Please note the backup date in the event of severe weather is Sunday, June 16. We recommend wearing long pants, close-toed shoes, long sleeves, sunglasses, and a full-coverage hat. You may bring your own work gloves and a shovel (we will have extras of gloves and tools). Please bring a reusable water bottle and snacks or lunch if you wish. Light snacks, sunscreen, and water will be provided. 

Volunteer Registration: Registration is required, as is submitting one waiver per participant. Please note, volunteers must be at least 14 years of age.
