You’re invited to celebrate our 30th anniversary with us at our annual fundraiser! Save the date for September 12, at 5:00 p.m. at the Sea Mar Museum of Chicano/a Latino/a Culture.
This gathering will bring together community members, partners, friends of the organization, as well as those just getting to know ECOSS for the first time. The event will feature digital and audio displays, performances, games, raffles, in-room fundraising, and refreshments/delicious bites from our collective cultures. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
To make our event accessible, we are offering sliding-scale ticket prices.
$10 Discounted Ticket – Discounted rate to make our event accessible for all. Includes same accommodations as all other ticket prices - entrance, food, beverage, and programming.
$30 Standard Ticket – Includes entrance, food, beverage, and programming
$60 Gratitude Ticket – Helps to cover the cost of discounted and free tickets for others. Includes entrance, food, beverage, and programming.
If you are in need of a free ticket please follow these steps:
1. Reach
out to an ECOSS staff member by email, phone or text message.
2. Tell
them how many tickets you will need and the names of those planning to attend.
3. ECOSS
staff will follow up with you once your request has been confirmed.
4. You
will not need a physical ticket. Just arrive at the event, check in at the
registration table, and enjoy!
-What should I wear? Our event is casual, please come in whatever you are comfortable in!
-Are children welcome? Yes! Our event is family-friendly and children are welcome at no extra cost
-What is included with my ticket? All ticket levels include food, drinks, and one complimentary raffle ticket
-What time does the program begin? While the event kicks off at 5:00pm, the official program will not start until 6:00, so no rush if you will be leaving work that afternoon to attend!
-What food and drinks will you have? Food and beverage will be provided from an array of vendors to uplift delicious bites from our respective cultures. Thank you to our friends, neighbors and partners at Rainbow Fresh, Yusra and Sabah, and Empanadas Luis Panes for sharing your cuisine with us!Our event will be held at the Sea Mar Museum of Chicano/a Latino/a Culture (9635 Des Moines Memorial Drive, Seattle, WA 98108). There is plenty of parking on site if you choose to drive but carpooling is always encouraged. King County Metro bus route 132 stops directly in front of the venue if public transportation is the best option for you.
