PARKING: Attendees can park in lot 22 or 23 and then walk over to the lagoon lawn.

ABOUT THE EVENT

UCSB’s very own Sprout Up chapter is hosting a 5K open to all UCSB students, fellow Sprout Up members and their families, and the local community! Sprout Up, a program of Environmental Volunteers, is dedicated to providing environmental science education and inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards.

Through this 5K, we aim to get kids outside, connecting with nature, their peers, and college students—aligning with our mission of youth-to-youth learning. All proceeds will go toward purchasing materials for 1st and 2nd-grade students and supporting our chapter’s expansion into 4th-grade classrooms.

Environmental Volunteers is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible and will receive an acknowledgment letter.
