In this six-week virtual group, we will explore learning how to heal from relational trauma, gaslighting, emotional abuse, and extreme narcissism.

• When: Every Wednesday from February 16 - March 23, 2022
• Time: 7:30pm - 8:30pm
• Where: On Zoom. You will receive the link upon registration.
• Cost is $60.00 for the entire 6-week session. 
  Scholarships are available based on financial need.

• Workshop Description: In this six-week virtual group, we will distinguish between appropriate and inappropriate expressions of anger. We will also explore positive strategies and responses to deal more effectively with anger.
