The Firehouse Dream presents our first "Bring a Friend" series! If you are an alumni mentee or a Proviso youth, feel free to come yourself or bring a friend. Our first series will be a Yoga and Journaling session led by Kathy Kang. Kathy is a partner of TFD who has led breathwork and yoga sessions in the past. Each session will build off the last, and be dedicated to stretching our bodies and mindful journaling. 

This event is free of cost for our Proviso youth, alumni mentee, and their friend. Please make sure if you are bringing a friend to share this link with them, they will need to RSVP individually!
