If you are a Proviso community member, come out to our yoga sessions! Yoga instructor, Dasia Key, will be leading yoga. Dasia is a Proviso resident who has led multiple yoga sessions throughout our community. This session will be in the evening rather than our Saturday morning sessions. Please feel free to share with others and bring a friend. Yoga mats will be provided, but you can bring your own.

When: March 26th, 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Where: 511 St. Charles Rd., Maywood, IL, 60153. Plenty of free parking along St. Charles Rd.
