If you are a Proviso community member, come out to our monthly yoga sessions! Yoga instructor, Dasia Key, will be leading yoga and journaling. Dasia is a Proviso resident who has led multiple yoga sessions throughout our community. This session will be in the evening rather than our Saturday morning sessions. Please feel free to share with others and bring a friend. Yoga mats and journals will be provided, but you can bring your own.

This event is free of cost for Proviso residents. All yoga levels are welcome! Please RSVP and arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so we can get started promptly.
