Come create your own fidget bracelet, a piece of jewelry that you can wear to help you cope in times where you may feel anxious. Community members will learn about the mental health benefits of beading, engaging in sensory stimulation, and the creative process through Art Therapy guided by our community Art Therapist, Yekseny. 

When: December 2nd , 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
