The Firehouse Dream believes in the power of our lived experiences, and desires to normalize the topic of mental health.

Each session includes check-ins, breath-work, and a co-created group session.

Our requirements for participation include:

1. Past mentees or young adults who live in or go to school in Proviso District.

2. Ages 15 to 22.
