The Firehouse Dream is partnering with Yo Soy Ella to bring group therapy sessions to the Proviso youth! Sarah, Founder of Yo Soy Ella Inc works for mental health advocacy through support groups. In the past, she has led multiple group therapy sessions with conversations around progress over perfection. The session will be one-hour long surrounding co-created sessions about mental health.
