Licensed Therapist and community member Irmarie Rios will be leading community members through a creative and reflective doodling workshop. This workshop invites participants to slow down, connect with themselves, and explore how simple lines and shapes can support relaxation and emotional expression.

Participants will learn about the benefits of doodling for the mind and nervous system while engaging in a guided creative activity. Through gentle prompts and creative exploration, we will create simple doodles that can serve as a personal reminder of grounding, self-reflection, and well-being. 

No artistic experience is needed. Thus workshop is designed to be welcoming, relaxing, and accessible for everyone. 

We welcome community members ages 12 and up.

When: May 13th , 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Where: 511 St. Charles Rd., Maywood, IL, 60153. Plenty of free parking along St. Charles Rd.
