Reignite our passion for camp

If you have ever driven that last stretch toward Lake Wenatchee and felt something loosen in your chest, you already know why we are doing this.

For many of us, walking back onto this ground feels a little surreal. The smell of the pines, the sound of the dining hall door, the particular quiet of the lake at 6 a.m. It has been a while. Come back anyway. Bring your people.

A word of honesty. Yes, this is late notice, and we know you need a solid plan before committing.  So we are asking you to say yes on shorter notice than any of us would like, because the alternative was waiting another year. Families with little ones are welcomed, with at least one famiy member helping with the work party. 

Bring:
Gloves, chainsaws, tools, and a positive attitude to accomplish the following:

·       Wood splitting

·       Burn piles

·       General clean up in lodge and cabins

·       and a few other projects being determined as we write this.

Stay in a cabin. Reminisce about the good old days. Sing the songs you somehow still know every word to. Sit with FLWYC board leadership around the fire and help us dream out loud about what comes next.

Ninety-nine years. That is how long this camp has been shaping people. In 2027, we celebrate its 100th. This alumni retreat is where the next chapter starts, so consider making it a new family tradition.

Please Register and Pay by Thursday October 8^th, 2026

We are asking every guest to pre-register and pay in advance so we can plan and purchase food for the weekend. Early numbers help us to shop well, waste less, and make sure no one goes hungry.

Please select an RSVP ticket for each person in your party who will be at each meal and staying the night.

Special thanks to the Wenatchee Valley YMCA who is covering insurance and all meals except Saturday Dinner, where we have Old Mill Cafe coming out to provide a meal for us (hence the charge).
