Join Friends of Historic Mount Pleasant for our first-ever Lantern Tour - an after-dark walk through one of Newark's most storied landscapes. By lantern light, you'll hear spooky, fascinating tales about the lives (and deaths) of some of Mount Pleasant's most notable residents. Live music and refreshments round out the evening.

This is a fundraising event to support the preservation of Mount Pleasant Cemetery, established in 1844.

Recommended for adults and children age 13 or older.

All purchases are final. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations, missed programs, or unused portions of any tour or activity. Thank you for your support of Friends of Historic Mount Pleasant.
