Event Details

Please join us at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library & Museum for an after-work reception celebrating successes in public/private partnerships in education. The Foundation also has a special announcement at the event of the creation of the Walter Harris McLendon Fulton Alumni Fund in support of underprivileged students. The family of Colonel Mac McLendon (College Park High School Class of 1957) will be in attendance as we honor them for their major gift which initiates this important Fulton County Schools alumni fund in support of their communities.

This event is an after-work reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres and is the primary fund-raising event for Fulton Education Foundation in support of the 96 thousand students and 75 thousand families of Fulton County Schools. Special invitees include the Georgia Congress Education Committees for both House and Senate.

Please join us in supporting public education at this special reception!
