Join us on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Generation Hope’s National Office for a special celebration of the launch of Student Parent: The Fight for Families, the Cost of Poverty, and the Power of College by our Founder & CEO, Nicole Lynn Lewis. This gathering will bring together supporters, partners, and community members to honor the stories and lived experiences behind the book and the student parents whose journeys continue to shape this work. 

Be part of a powerful conversation moderated by Shawn Yancy, an award-winning broadcast journalist and weekday news anchor at NBC4  Guests will have the opportunity to meet Nicole, connect with Scholars, enjoy light refreshments, and purchase signed copies of the book. RSVP is required, and space is limited.

Drop in anytime between 1:30–5:30 p.m. for the open house, followed by the official program from 5:30–6:30 p.m.
