Spring into Summer with Groundswell at our annual fundraising reception at ILA Penthouse! This evening of art, conversation, and cocktails will support our 2025 Summer Leadership Institute (SLI), our flagship mural program, as well as art programs at our studio.

Groundswell’s summer and afterschool studio initiatives bring together artists, young people, and community members to create murals that celebrate the strength, resilience, and diversity of our communities. These programs offer New York City youth opportunities to pursue their interest in visual arts and develop their artistic talent while learning about social justice issues and discovering their agency to effect change.

Spring into Summer will feature a small art auction, raffle, and live interactive mural. Beer, wine, and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Business or festive attire is suggested.

All funds raised at this event will enable Groundswell to continue offering crucial youth development and artistic resources to communities across New York City.
