Join the Mercy Cares Community for a “Day of Care” for our Rescue Partners on:
Sunday, May 19th | 1:00 - 5:30 PM
This FREE workshop, available to staff, volunteers, fosters, board members, and anyone working with local shelters and animal welfare and rescue organizations, is designed to meet your unique health & wellness needs. Due to space limitations, seating may be reserved for current Mercy partners.
Mercy Cares has partnered with licensed therapists to provide a series of workshops for animal caregivers to reduce the rate of burn-out and other challenges faced by professionals and volunteers, alike. By supporting caregivers, we help foster a holistic approach to the health and happiness of the entire community and a stronger continuum of care for animals in need.
This event includes a FREE optional hour of expert-led yoga & meditation thanks to our friends at Athleta in Rice Village. Be sure to reserve your spot with a ticket separate from the workshop!
