The power of connecting our body and our breath is infinite. Let's regulate the nervous system through somatic yoga techniques. And, also release blocked emotions to create more space for what is possible.

🥱 Sound Healing with Massage and Aromatherapy

Utilizing vibrational frequencies to quiet the mind, reduce cortisol levels, and guide the body into deep rest. Research shows it can lower anxiety, improve sleep, and support emotional release. You will be bathed in sound that recalibrates your nervous system from the inside out. Add-on available: Massage and Aromatherapy for a deeper layer of restoration.
