Led by our wonderful Client Services Coordinator, Katy, this virtual stretching class is designed to help you destress and promote flexibility, all from the comfort of your own home.

Join us every Monday at 3:15 PM via Zoom for a gentle and soothing session of guided stretching. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the world of stretching, this class is suitable for all levels. Katy will lead you through a series of light stretches that can be easily done from the comfort of a chair, making it accessible for everyone.
