At Hot Bread Kitchen’s first PROOF Pitch Showcase, food entrepreneurs from across New York City will have the opportunity to “proof” their products and take their businesses to the next level. And as a Showcase attendee, you'll get the chance to taste these up-and-coming food products for yourself!

About the Event

Join us for an exciting live event to watch five PROOF Program finalists pitch their businesses to a panel of chefs and culinary experts for the chance to win hundreds of hours of free commercial kitchen access, kitchen tools, and other prizes. 

Hosted in Hot Bread Kitchen's new home inside Chelsea Market (the former Food Network Test Kitchen), this ticketed event will connect small business owners with new audiences, give attendees the chance to taste unique products, and support the women-owned culinary concepts that give New York City its flavor.
