On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, numbered golf balls will be dropped from a helicopter during the 44th Annual Denis L. Maher Memorial Golf Tournament at Kernwood Country Club. The three golf balls that land in - or closest to - the designated hole will be declared the winners.

Only 300 chances will be sold, and each chance is $100, giving participants the opportunity to win one of three cash prizes:

• 1st Prize: $10,000
• 2nd Prize: $2,000
• 3rd Prize: $1,000

Proceeds from the Golf Ball Drop directly support the Club's youth development programs and opportunities for local kids and teens.
